God has blessed our nation with gifted and godly Christian leaders. They serve as pastors and teachers, missionaries and field workers, directors and administrators.
It inspires us to see their confident handling of God's Word and their clear vision for God's Kingdom. We thank God for preparing and equipping them for their varied roles.
But this preparation and equipping is sadly often taken for granted in our churches today. There is so much that's involved.
Every future church leader recognizes the need to be trained to fulfill God's calling in his or her life. And the Lord provides for this need--by establishing training institutions like FEBIAS College of Bible. Students go through their course with diligence--a gruelling and challenging five-year commitment to become the best servant-leader for the Lord that one can be.
This training involves thousands of hours of hard work. But it also involves faith and devotion, as well as unwavering support from countless people who pray, give and offer practical help.

Introducing . . . FEBIAS College of Bible's
Adopt-a-Student.
Adopt-a-Student allows Christians to extend their personal ministry beyond their present reach and possibly even beyond their lifetime.
Potential supporters are recognized not merely as providers of funds but as people with a mission--the mission is to extend themselves to students who are committed to take the vision further than they can take it themselves.
The adopted students are pre-qualified based on their academic performance and potential, as well as their financial challenges.
Options:
- The adoptive parent may be an individual who adopts one or more students to support.
- The adoptive parent may be a local church that decides to adopt their member-students through their normal budget allocation procedures.
- The adoptive parent may be former FEBIAS students, or group of former students, who together can adopt more students by pooling their resources together.
Adopt-a-Student is relationship-based.
- The adoptive parents are encouraged to get to know their adoptive students, encourage them with notes, visits or even gifts.
- Both adoptive student and adoptive parents are encouraged to pray for one another throughout the training period at FEBIAS, and even beyond graduation.
- This relationship builds the value of gratefulness in the hearts of the adoptive student, and the spirit of supportive encouragement on the part of the adoptive parents.
Adopt-a-Student is transparent.
- All donations are acknowledged and receipted promptly.
- The students are selected according to the adoptive parents' preferences.
- All donations are credited to the student's FEBIAS account and are designated for tuition and other fees (less 10% administrative charge).
Adopt-a-Student is strategic.
- This support plan envisions outcomes that are both for the adoptive student's personal development and the fulfillment of the adoptive parent's vision.
- The objective is to encourage the students--through financial aid, emotional and prayer support--to finish their courses and move on to serve God according to His calling.
- The plan also gives the adoptive parents a concrete opportunity to be active participants in the process of molding future servant-leaders.

"This scholarship means so much to me. Through your ministry I have been able to share the blessings with other students who are also in need, and encourage them in the Lord. By God's grace I will be able to finish my studies. I will strive to do well and excel in my academics and my ministry through your prayers. Thank you again for your generous support. You have changed my life!"
